I've waited over a month for today's appt to just have it canceled this early morning due to a medical emergency on the provider's end. Instead of the business working to accommodate my appt with someone else or attempt a rescheduled appt with ANYONE soon, I'm told 'it's ok if I want to have my Groupon deal refunded.
