I have spent thousands of dollars in this store when it was on Devon, we went to the highland Park store and spent a few thousand dollars, for a necklace, went back there and was looking for a black diamond necklace and they had one there but it was sold when I went back. The way they approach me that the necklace was gone they didn't give a crap about me.., I will NEVER go back. I LOVE my new earrings! I have worn the same pretty earrings for 10 years, never wanted to change. Then - my husband got me some gorgeous diamond studs (with help from Lesley!) and I am obsessed. I get so many compliments and never want to take them off! Will only be buying from here from now on!
