We have been a family owned retail jewelry store since 1960. Our only location is 936A Willow Road. Willow Festival Shopping Center at the corners of Willow and Waukegan Roads, in Northbrook, IL. Our goal of customer satisfaction is our primary concern. We currently are authorized retailers for Ebel, Michele, Victoinox Swiss Army, Citizen and Officina Del Tempo watch brands. I LOVE my new earrings! I have worn the same pretty earrings for 10 years, never wanted to change. Then - my husband got me some gorgeous diamond studs (with help from Lesley!) and I am obsessed. I get so many compliments and never want to take them off! Will only be buying from here from now on!

Update- i find it odd that Smart Jewelers never sold watches let alone told me about it. So I decided to attach the email where the owner Jordan responded to me. Granted it's an older email but yes they did sell watches. See for yourself can't make this stuff up....why would I take the time to write a review when it was fake? ----- I came in hoping to purchase an Oris watch. Had such a great experience this past weekend buying a new setting for my engagement ring. Everything I saw in the store was beautiful. Their work is simply impeccable. This is my new favorite jeweler.
