This company deserves a zero. This company was placed under sanction on April 23, 2013, for several contract violations with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for their Medicare Prescription Drug Plan in 2013, their first year. This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with, and if the Medicare made it easier to switch plans while keep it a proper out-of-pocket accounting, I would have moved my mother out this plan months ago.
