I’ve called a few times for tech help and parts, Rita and James are always super helpful and really provide great customer service. I appreciate them!
Hands Down, one of the best cranes we have ever owned, high earners and great longevity. I rarely have to do anything other than restock them and I have been running these since 2011. The best cranes money can buy! Support is top notch and responsive. I don't look at any other crane machine for our business!
I am an IT technician so im pretty good at troubleshooting any technical problem. I run several Smart Industries machines on route and whenever something breaks and if I need a part Smart Industries will always help. I did contact one of their technicial support assistants and the person I spoke with was really helpful! I highly recommend!
