Horrible customer service and very unfriendly. Very frustrating when on location trying to diagnose a issue with my crane.
I highly recommend avoiding any of Smart Industries machines. They have virtually no useful customer service. This is a VERY small company and they are VERY bad at troubleshooting issues that arise with their own products. Even the owner (who I met with and spoke to personally at the Bowl Expo 2023) is very brief in his responses to any topics brought up to him. If I could give you a zero I would. If you have to cheat to get your money you're a sad company. I played your crane game & picked up a stuffed animal 3 times. Each time when the crane lifted it jerked so hard that it dropped the prize. Theres a sticker on the machine: Says prize is determined PREDOMINATELY by the skill of the player. BULL!! I showed skill.
