I hate to say bad things about ANY business, but the service department at Smart Hyundai has been HORRIBLE. On 6/22 it came a downpour and I was on unfamiliar street and flooded out my car. State Farm (who has been GREAT) had my car towed to smart. On the 24th I called for status, the young man asked why was it there? I said bc it IS FULL OF WATER, he says I might wanna call my insurance 🤔 YA THINK? they had it towed there. He replies oh!!! RecommendedHands down best customer service I’ve ever experienced. From encounters with sales staff during an impromptu trade-in all the way to speaking with the mechanic in their service department, they’ve been transparent and extremely helpful! I’ll keep coming back to Smart Hyundai!

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! We got there at 545. Mr. Bill took us out for a test drive. He and Braden took awesome care of us and never complained one time about it being after closing time. The lady at the front desk was super nice as well. (I didn’t catch her name) Definitely recommend buying from SMART Hyundai!
