Incredibly confusing product with horrible customer support. I think 1 star is being generous.
This is a terrible system, the worst part is trying to get a hold of anyone to help you with issues. They have a phone number but it just says there is an issue and it hangs up on you. The payment system is also terrible, it has taken money out of my tenants accounts even after we have closed it down. (The correct way that their YouTube video showed). I would seriously not recommend.
You want good reviews? Try answering your phone on a business day. I need to pay rent and no one will assist me. Unreliable undependable and unnecessary. Stay away from this company.
