Not sure of how legit they are. I've received spam calls from their 'partners' offering solar at 'little to no cost to you'. Definitely not an option with the new NEM 3.0 landscape.

After a fair amount of research and many appointments with different solar companies, I decided to go with Smart Home Innovations because of Cecilia Lopez! I felt as if I can trust her. She is professional, knowledgeable, and very sweet. She answered all of my questions and made it easy to finally go solar! Looking forward to my installment appointment.

This company missed three appointments that they made with us to come give us an estimate. No phone call to let us know that they can't come and no one showed up. After the first appointment was missed someone called 5 hours later just to try to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following week and the same thing happened. The appointment time came and went without any calls or anyone show up. A day later we received another call form the scheduler to ask if anyone showed up. Cecelia has been persistent and brought us through our doubts and was patient with our learning curve.
