I was fortunate enough to find this great company and the wonderful staff including Juan, Emilio, Mike and Suzy. Everyone has been so kind and friendly. Every one of them was patient caring and honest. Juan and Emilio were very thorough in the inspection and cleaning of our AC and furnace. Both of which are running like new. Smart heating and air conditioning responded quickly, especially during a heat wave. Mike the technician was polite, courteous, punctual and overall a professional, making a stressful situation easier. I have my elderly parents that live with me, and we all know extreme heat is dangerous for them. Mike diagnosed the problem and explained it to me clearly. My unit was clearly out dated.
