I had a mostly good experience , here is a synopsis. Our furnace blower stopped functioning the day before Christmas. I was very happy that Juan was able to come out that day and diagnose the problem. The service call was $99. They said they had a part in stock and could install it on 12/26 and the price seemed reasonable. I would have preferred to get a quote that separated the cost of the labor from the cost of the part so I could know how much I was paying for each. Our (now-)previous 16 y/o Rheem HVAC system started showing it's age recently, so we decided to replace it (for that and other reasons). Despite being improperly sized and installed by a different company, it had a good run. He fixed the problem quickly and offered expert assistance in setting up an ongoing maintenance plan for our 35+ year old furnace. Also, he was engaging, and focused on the customer experience.
