Our (now-)previous 16 y/o Rheem HVAC system started showing it's age recently, so we decided to replace it (for that and other reasons). Juan Rodriguez Pinto did a diagnostic for our heating system. He was very professional, patient and carefully checked everything. He explained the issues to me and gave me the advice. I am great he came today. He was wonderful!
I think it’s human nature to question your decision after a major purchase. You hope that it never happens to you. The “it” is having your AC go out of the middle of a heat wave. It doesn’t help when your smart devices warn you daily about the heat warnings. When it does happen you are thankful and grateful to find an HVAC company as Smart. Below is our experience with them.
