I did self install. The entire experience, starting with the website, initial contact with the company (ALWAYS GOT A PERSON ON THE PHONE WITH 1 KEYSTROKE!) discussions w sales person (thanks thomas) and insta Atin questions was exceptional! And the quality of the shutters and price are exceptional.

They were fair priced and professional with measurements and suggestions. From the sales rep to the office staff, to the installers, everyone was professional, easy to communicate with, and friendly. Richard the owner, came out with his crew to install our window panels and motorized screens. They provide a quality product and strive for customer satisfaction! They were a great team to work with.
