Pretty unprofessional. I asked for a quote for the smart glass laminate and never got one, so yeah… couldn’t continue.
We brought this company in to do a project at a jail and the product came out flawlessly. All the guys pasted a background check and very easy to work with. We will be using this company again in our future projects!
The transparent smart film is really foggy, far from clear. They never told me this before purchase — misleading. Not recommended.
Nowadays customers are very smart, we can easily understand when product is simply imported from China and rebranded. There is no problem in importing, but why not tell clearly? Please improve
