Nic is amazing! He is the epitome of customer service, going above and beyond to take care of his clients. Today, he single-handedly replaced a damaged weeping cherry tree for my husband, Justin, and I. Mind you, he didn't just deliver it. He dug up the damaged tree, put a healthy tree in its place, and went so far as to cover the dirt with our decorative rocks for the flower bed. We've never had poor service, but after Nic's visit today, we're dedicated customers for life!!
The people are so very friendly and helpful. The trees and shrubs are healthy and priced fair.
The best nursery in the area. Great people, clean site and set up for handicap accessible. Also great selection.
The service was poor and rude. I asked where some trees were and they (there were 2 ladies) 'kinda' told me 'approximately' where they would be but were too lazy to actually show me. I search for a while and didn't see them. There was no one else in the parking lot so it was not busy at all. Then the lady asked if I found it as I was leaving and I had said i hadn't and she wasn't at all concerned. Guess they didn't want business?
