Repairs appear to be done well, and in a timely manner. I called on a Sunday and Dimitri was at my place at 8 AM Monday morning. Dimitri was transparent about the price and about the repairs needed and why they were needed. He took the time to explain everything to me over the phone, which was helpful because I live in Florida and rent my place out. Had a new opener installed by Smart Garage Door Service. They were very good with communication and didn’t try to upsell me or add unnecessary service. Very fair price and excellent prompt service by the technician. Would definitely use again.
