After sales inadequate. Once you sign the contract, forget good service. I had an issue, spoke with manager Winstead. First, he tried to say the issue is my problem because I downloaded a program which I didn't, the program is in the owner's Handbook of the car. So he clearly didn't even know the features of the car. Secondly, I was quoted a second key for $300, that turned into approximately $370 after the call, oops misquote. Had an appointment this morning for front end alignment and oil change. On the way there check engine light came on and truck would shake when accelerating. Ask them to please check what code the truck is giving. They refused! Saying my appointment is for oil change only! Even go the manager involved. Left there without oil change, went to oriellys auto. It took less than 5 minutes to get the code. Just don’t understand why Smart Ford could not take the 3 minutes it took to get the code! Will never return!!! My truck is curr... read more
