Needed a used pickup truck that was well maintained and in good shape. I met Leroy "Gold Man"...fantastic ambassador for this dealership. I will start by saying the buying process wasn’t terrible other then they sold us a vehicle on almost empty but that didn’t bother me but when you point blank lie on your customers then I tend to get a bit bothered. So while we went through everything in finance we decided to take out a GAP contract, no big deal. Now fast forward to now and we decided to trade the vehicle we had purchased in about two years early so we knew part of the GAP we paid to them as part of the deal would be refunded since it wasn’t used.
