Walked in wanting to check out a 2021 Bronco. No one greeted us. A very shy lady walks up to us so I asked her about the 2021 Bronco. She goes to check, and I see Captain Cowboy Hat talking to her, I'm assuming he is the salesman. An older couple walks in. She comes out and tells me it was sold this morning. Cowboy Hat walks out, walks right by us, not even looking at us. He goes right up to the old couple trying to help them. F-150 maintenance performed on changing antifreeze and brakes work went well Easy to schedule and work was accomplished as scheduled in less time than expected Nice dependable work Means getting it right the first time is sincerely appreciated Thank you and Smart Ford service department is highly recommended

I do not recommend this company at all. I purchased a new Transit and the communication and service were terrible. I paid $750 to have the vehicle delivered to SC. I asked that they give me 45 minutes notice before arriving as I could not be home all day to wait. I never received a call and they somehow delivered the van to my 12 year old son. They actually had him sign the paperwork to acknowledge receipt. Who does that? The van arrived dirty. Not a little dirty, but with black streaks running down from the windows and mirr... read more
