I don’t normally give reviews, but Smart Ford is the kind of company that is simply better than all the others. They didn’t just treat me like a customer, they treated me family. I look forward to the day when I have a teacher’s salary big enough to buy a reliable car. And when I do, I’ll know to go first to Smart Ford!
From the very beginning, the GM Michael made the entire purchasing process incredibly simple. Most of my conversations were with him, and he was always straightforward, honest, and easy to work with. Brought in for my 60,000 mile service check up. Had spark plugs changed, truck inspected etc. work don’t quickly and at a good price. Smart always keeps my truck in top shape.!
