Great store
I pre-ordered big containers of ice cream for our ice cream themed sports event on their web site the night before. I went to the store to pick them up 30min before the event. I timed it so that the ice cream would not melt before the serving time. It was a hot day. I showed up exactly at the pickup time (5:45PM in the evening) only to be told that their freezer had broken down the day before and they did not have my order. What is the point of pre-ordering?
