An effort to help a friend with celiac disease, Austin, TX based Georgia Hutton creates a naturally gluten-free formulation using the Ancient Grains sorghum, amaranth and teff. Worst frozen pizza GF or not. Bought at Whole Foods Cherry Creek. The pizza doesn’t look anything like the package photos. The crust has the texture of cardboard. The chicken “sausage,” is the size of small green peas. The package says “We’re shining the spotlight on Italian chicken sausage...” Maybe include a magnifying glass with each box?!
THE BEST GF Hamburger Buns, hands down! Amazing texture and taste. Quality ingredients - no crazy chemicals or fillers. Pizza crusts are super, too...
