Jacob is very knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. He is very patient with me, explains things in a way I can understand. He has taken care of both my personal and business computer needs. He has my full trust and I highly recommend him.
Jacob took care of me and I super appreciate his work. Answered my IT questions, got me a new battery for my laptop, and even bought my old cell phone from me. Highly recommend the drive to Kearney. He was also super sweet to some elderly people who came in with questions.
