Great classes love the atmosphere!! Lisa runs incredible workouts they really kick my butt
I have been working with Lisa Walsh as my personal trainer since the spring of 2012. Her workouts are challenging and new each session. I never get bored with the same old workout. Her nutritional advice is very helpful in keeping me on track. I actually look forward to my training sessions and couldn’t live without her.
