Front desk took forever to conduct her exam. She kept leaving every second, yet would force a child to keep her eye on a machine for 30 mins. Instead of focusing on finishing the initial check-up, she could not sit still.
Dr tao is nice but laura in the front desk is extremely rude, she doesn’t know how to speak to clients, she talks aggressively.
Would highly recommend Dr. Tao to anyone in need of professional eye care services.
I had a great experience with Dr. Tao. I normally don’t write reviews but I had such a pleasant experience I felt it necessary to share how helpful she was. She listened to all of my concerns, answered all my questions, and made sure to explain to me everything I needed to know to treat my issues. She was thorough and I will be returning to get treated by her.
