I used to go here before Covid, and it was fine. But after covid, we always seemed to be getting billed for stuff not covered by our very good insurance. Almost like they couldn't stand it to let us out the door without paying for something. We were billed for some new machine that looks into the back of your eyeball. When I called to dispute the bill, I was told "well, most people meet their deductible, so we assume you did too" Come to find out, we rarely meet our deductible. 10 star treatment! I walked in with an eye emergency, the team quickly helped out! They were kind, efficient, and went above and beyond to accommodate me and my rushed schedule! I am beyond appreciative!
Every person I dealt with was wonderful. Very helpful, respectful, and had a smile on their face. I felt like every single one of them wanted to help me which made the experience pleasurable. Thank you all for treating people the same way you want to be treated.
Filled out an on line form requesting an appointment…no response for over 2 weeks. Called and left a message. It’s been a week…still no response. Poor customer service.
