This is a racist environment where certain people's opinions don't matter simply because of the color of their skin. Verbal abuse occurs on a regular basis by the CEO and morale is extremely low. Most of the people there are looking for legitimate jobs and are just there temporarily. This company only exists because the CEO has wealthy parents.
