Smart Energy Systems sent Anthony out for our summer AC checkup, and he did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable, explained each step of the service as always, and gave honest recommendations for the future of the unit without any pressure. He was respectful, polite, and professional from start to finish. Smart Energy installed my hvac system in my personal home and they maintain the service. I have had such a good experience with the entire team. Recently a service tech named Anthony came out and inspected our system. He found things that could help improve the life and function of the systems. He was a great communicator, showed great pride in his work. What a great representation of the overall company. You can tell the team is cared for and hired with diligence. Highly recommend! I had a great experience with Smart Energy during my spring system maintenance. Corey, the technician who came out, was absolutely wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. He even put booties over his shoes, which I always appreciate. Scheduling was incredibly easy. As a busy mom, it’s so helpful that Smart Energy sends reminder emails so I don’t forget important maintenance like this. Smart Energy Systems installed my current hvac system 9 years ago and did a fantastic job. I have had the maintenance contract with them the entire time and they come out twice a year and conduct a very thorough system diagnostics and cleaning, and inform me of status of system functions, and show me the readings while also showing me the component operating spec ranges. Excellent job installing my new furnace and ensuring it was done timely and of high quality. The technician Anthony was great to work with and helped explain the rationale of getting a new furnace and how it operates. He cleaned up the mess and made it look clean and nice. Nicole was very responsive and got me on the schedule very quickly.
