Awesome service from making the appointment with Nicole till the job is finished. Great communication. They take pictures to show what’s going on and go over everything so you understand what they recommend and what they will be doing. Anthony does such great work. He’a friendly and respectful.
As a contractor its not always easy to find compatible Subcontractors to work along side but Smart Energy is one of the rare ones. From start to finish, from the field crew to the office staff, everything was made simple. I appreciate all they contributed toward the project and look forward to working with them in the future!
The technician was very personable and explained everything he did when servicing our system. He also quoted the cost up front. The cost for servicing our system was reasonable. The final cost included $199 based upon our opting to purchase an annual service plan.
