Excellent job installing my new furnace and ensuring it was done timely and of high quality. The technician Anthony was great to work with and helped explain the rationale of getting a new furnace and how it operates. He cleaned up the mess and made it look clean and nice. Nicole was very responsive and got me on the schedule very quickly.

The Technician (Anthony) showed up within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment. He checked the system and provided a thorough plan to repair the problem. He was very professional and efficient.

Technician Anthony Fulco was outstanding. Even though our situation demanded he return the day after initially fixing our problem, he explained everything very well and was as polite and professional as anyone can ask.

As a contractor its not always easy to find compatible Subcontractors to work along side but Smart Energy is one of the rare ones. From start to finish, from the field crew to the office staff, everything was made simple. I appreciate all they contributed toward the project and look forward to working with them in the future!
