I'm a retired physician and by means affluent so am a potentially cranky customer who's also cheap. Yet Dr Smart took on my need for an emergent root canal without hesitation, provided superb care (my father was a dentist so I can judge dentists and will criticize if deserved), met my personal preference for on-going feedback during the procedure and carefully tracked my level of discomfort, making sure it was tolerable. The staff was wonderfully warm and competent. Highest recommendations.
Dr. Smart is incredibly patient & professional. I have pretty significant anxiety issues and he & his staff, Meg & Deb, were absolutely wonderful. They helped me through the whole procedure, from scheduling, having the procedure and follow up. Id go back in a heartbeat.

We could not have been happier with Dr. Smart and his office manager, Brittany. He was conscientious, honest, and thorough as he treated the aftermath of our son's traumatic tooth injury. When we needed a second opinion on braces, he explained the difference between need-to-have and nice-to-have-but-not-essential (we elected not to go with braces, saving big $$$s). Brittany worked incredibly hard on our behalf when we needed to appeal coverage amounts with our insurance company (successfully!).
I'm not welcomed back. I'm not a personal preferences.Because? I couldn't read the fine print on the form that the young Secretary with a cocky attitude did for me.I was confused,upset,disoriented from being in pain for so long,and the old lady in the waiting heard me. The Secretary said you offered to take x-rays. I do not recall you mentioning to take x-rays.I was trying to get my primary to do it.I have a first,and last name.It's not Miss,as the Secretary called me.
