Extremely friendly and helpful staff from the office to the repair team. Very efficient, clean and same day service was a welcome surprise. Highly recommended. Thank you!
Great communication from the initial phone call right to the end of the job. All team members I spoke to were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Repair job on our garage door was completed first thing the next morning after I called them and the price was the most reasonable compared to others. Added bonus that this is a genuine local business (no call centre, no calls diverting to other areas or even interstate). We will absolutely refer to and use Smart Doors and Gates in the future.
We are absolutely delighted with our new garage door. We chose SD&G based on recommendations from a builder and a neighbour. We wanted a garage door that could withstand coastal conditions and seal well enough to minimise sea spray. Unlike our old door, which left our cars covered in salt spray, our new door keeps most of the sea spray out.
