AVOID and look elsewhere... I engaged Smart Doors & Gates Pty Ltd to inspect our roller shutters on 16 July 2025. No mention was made of a call-out fee during booking, but my wife was asked to pay $159 on the spot. We were told the shutters had to be replaced as they cannot be fixed and a quote will be provided.
