WARNING ‼️ Do not waste your time with this Company! They scheduled 3 visits this week to service our garage door we bought from them just under 3 years ago and they never turned up to any of them. I wasted so much time waiting in & had little or no communication or updates! On the 3rd reschedule they said between 1-4 pm, so I called them in the morning & informed them I had to be out by 4pm. 3:30pm no one turned up yet, so I had to call them to see what was going on. These guys are great. They showed up on time and really knew what they were doing. Price was very good for the quality of service. Got our gate fixed quickly and checked it for other issues (none found) and advised me what to watch out for. Recommend highly!
Our automatic garage door needed a reset and we couldn't find the reset button (behind a panel on the box inside the garage) so we unplugged and then re-plugged in the power to reset, but didn't work. Anyway now we know. Jordan and Oliver arrived at 2pm (said they would be here anywhere between 2-5pm. Super friendly, EXCELLENT service and all with a smile. Thanks guys!
Jordan came out today to repair our garage door after it became unclipped. While here, he conducted a full service and discovered an issue with the belt. He even returned later with the necessary part to fix it. Jordan was extremely friendly, took the time to explain what he was doing, and was very transparent about the costs. The service was efficient and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend them if you need your garage door repaired or serviced!
We've recently moved to Caloundra and required work on the garage door. Did a google search and found smart doors and gates, sent Bonnie photos and was given advice and a quote. Everything was easy, follow up was appreciated and the job completed by Jayden and his offsider ( sorry, didn't get his name). Would certainly deal with smart doors and gates again
