Totally hate the experience every time I have come here for my daughter. They definitely make it aware that you are going to be charged for like every little thing .like hello I have life too. Sorry I had a personal issue going on that I couldn't make a phone call to you to cancel or reschedule. We are now taking our business elsewhere. They shouldn't even get one star from me. Their staff is very rude , poor customer service every time.

Love this place. All if my visits(and there were many) were met with exceptional front desk staff. They all are engaging and very likable. My dentist, Dr. Susan Stacker, I can't even put into words how exceptionally special she was and became even more so with my many appointments with her. The insurance staff worked diligently to get my charges paid by the health and dental insurance coverage I have and eventually the insurance(s) did pay them and I was left with a zero balance. Rude staff made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and to fix a chipped tooth when I arrived they only scheduled me for a cleaning then told me it would be a month out to get another appointment when I already waited 3 weeks to get in with the dentist. Findin a new dentists do not recommend!
