We are confident in the good care of this group. They are very attentive and accommodating for routine and the unexpected. The office is efficient and friendly.
Would give 0 stars if possible. I had a bunch of work done on my teeth while being pregnant, from cleanings to crowns. The last visit I had we did all of my front teeth. I immediately noticed discoloration between the actual tooth vs fillings and ended up having a weird glue left on my teeth that would not come off. I reached out to the office to try to get them fixed and they said it was not their problem. Smart Dental Care was rude to me and my disabled husband. They gave me one filling that I found out I didn’t even need. They forgot to bond it, so I’ve been in pain for four months while I tried to figure out what happened. I went back to my old dentist and paid out-of-pocket because he didn’t take my new insurance, which is why I had switched to Smart Dental. He told me I didn’t even need the filling that they put in. Thank you very much for looking after my well-being. I've never been more impressed with a dentist. I think Dr. Nguyen earns an 'A' for her dedication. I needed a relatively significant amount of dental care, had visited quite a few dentist prior to my initial appointment at Smart Dental. Between Dr. Nguyen, Carla and other staff I was made to feel like I was in the best hands and recieving the best care. I just started going here and I absolutely love it. She gets me in so quick Her dental assistance and dental hygienist are so sweet. The receptionist is awesome. She is amazing. She works fast and Efficient. I would recommend smart Dental to anyone actually I have been recommending them to everyone. I went to the U Of U dentistry school to get some work done probably a year and a half ago and she redid what they did and it looks amazing now!!!
