Yes it takes team work...between the designer, the customer service and the installers, starting with, a great job with the design, extremely helpful with us trying to figure out what would fit best for our closets, took the time to do many different drawings (by hand) for us. Highly recommended mainly for their customer service. Top quality service and the final product was excellent. I had so much clutter but now I am a happy camper, I love my closets they have so much room and place for everything. They are so beautiful and neat, I can't stop starring at them. they look empty and it is not a bad thing.
