I hate it has come to this but alas here we are. I placed a $4000 or in February for a Stemin Demon they showed having two of in stock. Come to find out a few weeks later not only did they not have any in stock but the manufacturer didn't either. I waited and waited being told the parts to build the machine is coming but with no eta. Few weeks ago I get updated the parts have shipped and the unit will ship by 4/21. Here it is 4/26 and now there is an issue with another part in the Stemin Demon and now it isn't going to ship ... read more
We love this place. The chemicals are fantastic and the customer service is second to none! Highly recommend to anyone in the cleaning business, that is seeking an honest and reliable distributor.
