I've been going there for a few years, getting patches sewn on my biker vests. Rosa, the owner, takes good care of my biker vests needs with the patches. I'll continue going here for as long as they stay open for business.
I’ve had several bad experiences here. A button was lost from a crate & barrel sham. Owner was horrible about following through on the simple repair and getting a matching button. The most recent and most disappointing was that the plant she uses to clean stained a $200 duvet cover. They tried to get the stain out several times with no success and refused to remedy the situation further.
