I called to set up an appointment two weeks ago. The morning they were to show up for the cleaning, Dallas called to say their vehicle broke down and they wouldn't have it back until later that night. He offered to come another day. I set up the cleaning for yesterday. I didn't receive a call from him, but it appears he was trying to text our office land line to let me know he wasn't coming. Gary and his son Dallas have treated us wonderfully for the past 20 years. Dallas was here yesterday and did a great job, plus they have always been particularly compassionate about pets (we have 2 dogs, 2 cats). My receipt also gives a Carlisle address, but that could be for tax purposes. I left Dallas alone here for at least 40 minutes and am not missing any property. They have always been our "go to" company for carpet cleaning.
