Living in rural Ojai, I’m used to companies not wanting to drive out this way, especially for septic issues. But Smart Choice Plumbing was different. They came out without hesitation, diagnosed a clogged baffle, and pumped and cleaned the tank as part of their visit. They even gave me tips on how to extend the life of my system. Down-to-earth guys who care more about doing a good job than making a quick buck.

We noticed our hardwood floors were suddenly warm, and sure enough, we had a slab leak. I dreaded the thought of tearing up floors. Smart Choice Plumbing found the leak using thermal imaging and rerouted the line without cutting into the slab. The repair was clean and fast. These guys clearly know what they're doing and treat your home like it's their own.

Our upstairs neighbor had a leak, and we discovered water coming through our ceiling in Santa Barbara. Called Smart Choice Plumbing and they were at our condo that same morning. Not only did they fix the leaking pipe quickly, but they also coordinated with the HOA so we didn’t have to. Their professionalism was unmatched — highly recommend.
