I was extremely pleased with the very fast efficient work by Will of Smart Choice Plumbing. On the same day I called they came out and put in 2 water heaters and new pans. When he was finished, at my request, Will took extra time to take me back up into the hot attic to instruct me on how to drain my heaters each year in the future to make them last lots longer. I feel so good about knowing how to do that now. Their price seemed fair and reasonable to me too. Call Will, he is good.
I needed a new garbage disposal and I had great service with Smart Choice and Will. Will called when he was on his way and was on time. He really new what he was doing and had great advice, honest and accurate assessment of the situation and pricing. He got the work done quickly and well and left our sink area clean. He did a fantastic job. Smart Choice really lived up to the reviews I read and I'm glad I selected them for my service needs. I will use Smart Choice Plumbing in the future.
Will knew exactly what to do when he saw the leak and was gone within 40 minutes. Will and his assistant, JR, worked as a team to get the job done. Great attitudes even in the heat of the day.
We found a cracked pipe in the backyard on Sunday afternoon. I called around and wasn't having much luck. I contacted Smart Choice Plumbing and Carlos, the owner, was quick to help. He was very friendly and sent Will out to do the repair. From the time I made the call, Will was at our house and completed the repair within an hour. Will was polite and professional. Highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!
Carlos is the owner, and he is terrific. We needed an estimate, and he showed up within the hour. Unlike other plumbers, he actually took the time to check the main pipes with a camera (and showed us how they looked inside).
