Amazing service and wonderful staff. I have hearing damage and chose the silent scan mri for this reason. All the research and promo materials say that it goes no louder than 10 decibels above ambient sound, but my silent scan was very noisy. Less than a regular MRI, but certainly well above 10 above room noise! After doing some more research it appears that the issue lies with GE and their marketing of the MRI and not Smart Choice.
