I greatly appreciated my visit. Dr. Johnson was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to explain things that I had not thought about before and would not have understood. The phlebotomist was awesome I am usually a very hard stick . But she was able to get my blood 🩸 on the first stick. And was so kind and very helpful. I am so glad I am in a clinic where i truly feel I am being heard and my thoughts matter.
Very impressed with my visit! Called in the morning and they squeezed me into their schedule a few hours later. The NP and nurse were very nice and knowledgeable. Cash only was very helpful. I paid for my visit and no more continual bills from the insurance months later. Will be back!
I have been a patient and held a membership at Smart Choice Medical Clinic for years. The staff and providers have always been caring, supportive, efficient, proficient and helpful. With a membership here, I get the kind of care and service that concierge physicians charge thousands of dollars to provide, often with a far better bedside manner from Ms. Johnson and Yesica. I have never had a complaint or an issue with Smart Choice Medical Clinic.
Smart Choice Medical Clinic is a refreshing change from today's typical medical provider experience. Prompt, professional, person medical needs are delivered by the friendly, conscientious staff. I would recommend anyone looking for a primary care provider in Tyler to consider them!
