I have been a patient and held a membership at Smart Choice Medical Clinic for years. The staff and providers have always been caring, supportive, efficient, proficient and helpful. With a membership here, I get the kind of care and service that concierge physicians charge thousands of dollars to provide, often with a far better bedside manner from Ms. Johnson and Yesica. I have never had a complaint or an issue with Smart Choice Medical Clinic.
Very impressed with my visit! Called in the morning and they squeezed me into their schedule a few hours later. The NP and nurse were very nice and knowledgeable. Cash only was very helpful. I paid for my visit and no more continual bills from the insurance months later. Will be back!
Smart Choice Medical Clinic is a refreshing change from today's typical medical provider experience. Prompt, professional, person medical needs are delivered by the friendly, conscientious staff. I would recommend anyone looking for a primary care provider in Tyler to consider them!

Super fast,clean place,Jesica and mis Johns they are,professional everything was on a 1.2.3 steps complete físico in about 50 minute have my paper in hands,then I take my way to tdot and my medical card was already upgraded in the system! Ten minutes later… Highly recommend 100%A+ service!
