I have been a member for two years and I have been so happy with my experience here. Yesica is amazing and ALWAYS takes care of me. She is always a bright light when I walk through that door. I’ve been to Smart Choice three times and have had very positive experiences. It’s a flat fee up front - no hidden or extra charges. G. Johnson is personable, knowledgeable, and considers various types of treatments. She was first recommended to me by my sister, and we both feel the same way about her. I have a primary care physician, but if I get sick, this is where I go.
Love the personable interaction with Dr. G and staff. As a African American female most experiences with doctors plainly display that they are trying to get you out so they can move to the next patient. That was not at all with the case of Dr. G. In just a 45 minute span she identified several key things that could improve my overall health and I did not feel like it was something she was guessing at. Professional, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I was a new patient and it felt like I had been a patient for a long time. The young lady at the Front desk has an awesome attitude and personality! The medical practitioner took her time, listened and even noticed something that no other medical practitioner has EVER mentioned needed assessment. Impressed. Collaborative approach between patient and practitioner was very impressive.
Very professional and very efficient. I needed to get a DOT physical since I was in the area and they were able to fit me in same day. The communication and service was great!
