I've had Smart Choice do a number of jobs at our place and I'm always keen to get them back. Currently they are in the process of renovating our pool and landscaping our backyard. They have been the most professional landscape and pool experts I've ever worked with. Very professional with their quoting and a genuine desire to do high quality, well planned work. I'm looking forward to sharing a final review and photos of the finished product. Get these guys on your job!
If you choose SmartChoice, be prepared to be left high and dry mid-job. Our experience has shown they are not adverse to abandoning a contract well before it is completed. The consequence of this will put you in a very difficult position to navigate out of, and will cost you a whole lot more than if you had have just chosen a reliable lanscaper to begin with. Smart Choice undertook design and build for landscaping our newly built home on a fixed price contract. Design incorporated a focus on ease of use and maintenance including automated irrigation, drainage, ease of access around garden and visual appeal with home exteriors. The quality of workmanship and dedication of the staff was second to none. We are SO happy with our pool! It has been a wonderful experience to work with Byron and the team at smart choice landscapes. I was nervous about hidden costs but this was not the case with Byron. He is up front in his quoting, including extras such as fencing, removal of fill etc. which in the 10 other quotes we received did not include this.
