Mike was extremely thorough and explained everything as he was doing it. Making us feel involved and informed all at the same time. Would certainly use their services again.
I called Mike on a Sunday afternoon and he responded instantly. He gave me choices of an appointment and I chose for a home inspection (that I now see is slightly out of his service range) couple of days later. He was prompt (there before me) for the inspection, did a super thorough job, and I received a well-documented and detailed report! He even emailed it to my real estate attorney for me. Smart choice is the way to go. There prices are great and fair. When i say they do a thorough cheek they do a Thorough cheek. Saving you hundrads or thousand dollars. If you need your home inspected smart choice home inspecrion is the way to go.
Mike was very professional and timely. He was able to fit me into his schedule with just a day's notice. He was in and out with no issues. He answered any and all questions I had with great explanation and helped me better understand. Highly recommended for sure.
Mike was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He was prompt, confirmed our scheduled time and date ahead of time and walked me through all my concerns while suggesting solutions along the way.
