Not very helpful, snobby and arrogant manager
My 16' Smart was in for service since the driver side head lamp goes on & off itself. I took the front end apart to check before send the car in. And found problem from the ground wire at the plug to the headlight housing. Mr. Mike Robinson was the Service Adviser of this appointment. I straightly told Mr. Robinson that there is something wrong with the wiring harness which plug into the headlight since it goes on & off when the wires move.
