Very nice people very nice building short wait time. Helpful Salesmen.
So disappointed they no longer service smart cars and that the staff doesn’t even know this themselves before directing you to other parties. I’ve had a really bad experience at the Manhattan Center and wanted to give Roslyn a try. I’m not sure what I’m going to do.
Can't say enough about this center. I had a terrible experience with Mercedes in Manhattan and was a bit skeptical of the dealership experience. From the moment I pulled up in my smart car I felt like a valued customer. Katie was great in listening to my needs and was very attentive. Every-time she said she'd call she did just that. I got my car back within a couple of days and everything was fixed. This is the service you expect from Mercedes. Thank you!
