Had a Smart ordered here from the factory. Clowns lost the order months later, had no idea where it was and didn’t have a record of me leaving a deposit when I called to check for an update. This was after the sales person and sales manager made it clear that they don’t make any money selling Smarts and could care less if they had my business. I was literally told “we don’t care for Smart sales themselves, we just hope you’ll come back and buy a Mercedes from us in the future.” The entire experience was piss poor, but losing... read more

We have been to 3 Mercedes dealers, looking to find the perfect place to purchase a Smart. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this Smart Center. I worked with Carlos, who was kind, respectful, and very trustworthy. The manager came and introduced himself, which felt very warm. My advice - Don't waste your time at other dealerships, go straight to Riverside and ask to speak to Carlos.

What an all-time high it was to do business at Smart Center Riverside with Tony Hajj. He most certainly proves that the negative stereotype of car salesmen is so unfair. He is intelligent, well-spoken, knows everything there is to know about his product, and he is patient and will take all the time necessary to help a customer and to answer all their questions.
