I bought a Smart in 2013 and everything was great until one year ago in 2022, when I took my Smart for 9 year service on only 35000 miles. I wanted Mercedes to check the engine and paid for full service diagnostic. Eight months later, I got engine light on and went back to Mercedes at Coconut Creek, FL, where I have been servicing my Smart for 10 years. took my smart multiple times. always they gave me a loaner. also keeped me on updates in regards mechanical problems.
Glenn is a great salesman and very knowledgeable about all the models. Our test drive with him was really pleasant.
