There is a reason this outfit sells more re possessed homes than new. They sell Champion Homes built in Burleson, Texas. Look up their review and see what a poor record they have. Then consider all the promises you'll get from Titan and discount them ALL. I really love their remodeled homes they have. the one they have in lacoste TX near castroville is beautiful.
Tried buying a house from them but got know where in the process. Wouldn't hear from the salesman for 3-4 days until I called or text. When the general manager (Phillip) called he sounded concerned until I told him we went a different avenue and then he just brushed me off. The property we are buying, we might put a second mobile but definitely not by this company. I would recommend Palm Harbor if your looking to buy.
smart cash homes was the best place to buy a modular home. we searched for weeks online and saw so many homes, and they had the best price. super nice people as well.
Awful. Beyond awful. Our house burned so we thought that getting a modular home was the way to go and we know people who have modular and they are like a built home. Not with Titan in Midland. At first they are nice, friendly and all out to help. You sign those papers and give them money and you've got a different deal. We've had so many problems with this home. Great company with very professional employees. The homes are very well built and can be fully customized.
I have seen the Titan homes. My experience with personnel was great. DC very knowledgeable and on top of what is going on. I have referred people to them and they have bought a home from titan in okc and have told me that DC and everyone else was super helpful
When these guys tell you to sit back and relax that they will handle everything, they mean it! I had went to another dealership and waited 20 days and never even got approved! I walked in to Titan on Friday and Jared and Ryan told me that they would have me in a home by the following Thursday. I was skeptical but hopeful. These guys went into action.
