These guys are not your normal fly by night dealership! They did everything as promised and were friendly from the start! They still check up on us from time to time! I highly recommend this small town dealership!
I bought my 2013 Nissan Altima from these guys and I have no complaints. I was referred by a family friend who purchases all of his cars from the Wieland's at Smart Cars. It was quick and easy. I hear horror stories of people spending 5-6 hours trying to buy a vehicle and they went through the process in a timely manner. They told me it had been fully serviced and my mechanic confirmed they did service it fully.(brakes, rotors, oil and new tires) Everyone was very laid back and didn't try to push anything that I didn't like.... read more
Dealership is an unorganized disaster and you can't trust anything they tell you. I paid a baby-sitter Saturday and drove over 2.5 hours; then drove 2.5 hours on Friday and used a day of paid time-off. What do I get from these stereotypical used car dealers?...tough, this other guy coming in 3 hours and he gets first opportunity to buy it. I didn't even know what to say. Avoid this dealership!
The employees at this dealership will feed you a bunch of lies. They will just tell you what they think you want to hear; I caught them in numerous bold-faced lies. Avoid this dealership! There vehicles are pieces of junk anyway.
If you like cars that are a step above junk. this is the lot for you. I could not get a straight answer from these guys. I did find out the truck I wanted to purchase was in a serious accident. The showed me the history but they somehow erased the accident. When I pulled it up on my computer I found the accident reported. Not a straight dealer. Watch out for these guys.
My girlfriend and I both purchased vehicles from Smart Cars at the end of last year and had such a great experience and haven’t had a single problem since. They are great people and fun to deal with. I had just moved to the area from Florida, which made it more nerve raking and they found me a Tahoe and my girlfriend a Honda Accord. They made the process easy and anxiety free.
