I cannot say enough good about this company. Ive had two other roofers come by and they were not able to find a small leak. It took ********* 10 minutes or less to find the issue. He was incredibly diligent about verifying that he had found the issue before he repaired it as well. Theyre going to become the preferred roofer for my building and do annual inspections on the roof. Its nice to have a smart problem, solver available.

Simply the best. Thank you ********* and the Smart care roofing crew. This roof was 21 years old. When we first brought our home one of my dad's friends just added a new layer we were new home owners. Didn't know better. ********* has already repaired 5 friends and families roofs and they loved him. He explains thoroughly and knows his stuff. This company is exceptionally professional, kind, courteous, and fast. They explain everything they will do and tell you why each step is necessary.Over the years, I have used several companies for my home and garage. None of them have been rehired. Smart Care will be. You receive texts and photos of their work as it progresses. While they worked, the owner noticed a section in an unrelated area of my garage that needed nailing, and he nailed it. ********* from: Smart Care Roofing, I reached out to him after a wind storm ripped off 8 of my roof shingles on the corner of my roof that does not have much pitch. Rain was expected. He was able to come out and put tar paper over the area with the missing shingles and came back two days later with the matching architectural shingles to make the repair for me I felt like he gave me a and fair price and excellent workthen on the job especially doing it on a weekend.. .

Just bought a house and there was a constant drip from the gutter directly over the center of my outside basement stairs. I was referred to ********* by a friend and requested a quote for gutter repair and gutter guards. He told me the gutters on the new extension were installed perfectly but needed gutter guards.
