I've had such wonderful experiences at this office! Dr.Chung is incredibly knowledgeable, quick and efficient. She always explains things clearly and takes the time to make sure we understand every step of care. You can really tell she knows her field inside and out and passionate about her career. This assistant manger Tiffany is just incredibly amazing. She's caring and patient with children, and is very gentle with them during vitals that never feels invasive or rushed. Please be aware billing problem if you have UHC plan. This office not checking insurance correctly and you may get bill $495 for annual visit which is supposed to cover by plan. I gave insurance info when confirming schedule and when arriving office, apparently they are not checking insurance information correctly and taking UHC oxford plan but not metro plan, Dr. Chung only taking metro plan at Englewood hospital. I called 3 times to insurance and called office 6 times… Dr. Chung shows in network on UHC oxford and insurance... read more
