I genuinely hate leaving negative reviews, but this experience deserves transparency. I've came twice to this Toluca Lake dispensary and both times were uncomfortable and frustrating due to the way I was treated. This last time, Maria helped me and the whole time I just felt talked down to and unheard, which is the opposite of what you expect in a welcoming dispensary environment.
