This place is a joke. They lie about being women owned. The security guard makes all women uncomfortable, I’ve seen other women complain and tell owners they’re not coming back because of him and his behavior. They’re extremely over priced and Ani is rude, uneducated on her job and knows nothing about what she’s selling. You might wanna hire people who have tried the product and can give customers honest feedback.
Just called the ashes to place an order where I was aggressively told I was calling too early from someone named Christina. She hung up on me 4 times in the middle of the call. When I asked to speak to a manager she lied and said she was alone. The last time I called back someone named aj took the phone and started threatening me. What kind of company is ashes? Manager Jocelyn “shorty” called me threatening me and telling me she is writing me up for being in a very serious accident with serious injury claiming i am mandatory to work even after showing her paperwork and many other things proving I am not able to work. This company is proudly ran off of lies and is NOT truly women owned. When I asked to meet the women who owns the company I had worked for I was told she doesn’t exist and I would never meet her.
This place sucks!! Products are so expensive, and the security guard makes my wife and many other women uncomfortable. My wife won’t go here without me because of him. You can get a better deal down the street at a different shop. A lot of products on shelves are expired when we have gone. Highly wouldn’t recommend
Amanda is the best! She provides the best product recommendations. Amanda has the best customer care and very personable no matter the day. She is very knowledgeable about the product that this dispensary provides us. Amanda went above and beyond when taking care of me and was very patient with me when I did not know what I wanted. If there’s an award for Best BudTender 5⭐️ goes to her. We appreciate your business keep up the great work.
