I have been a loyal customer for many years. I went back this past September to purchase MORE furniture. I purchased a sectional with matching custom chair , rug and coffee table and a queen size mattress. When I made my selection I was never advised by Dale or my salesman that I would be receiving the display model! RecommendedWe have been buying furniture from Smart Buys for many years now !! Anthony has ALWAYS taken really good care of us and knows us when we come in ! Dale also goes above and beyond and makes sure we are always taken care of . We bought a couch ONCE from a well known , well established other furniture store , and it was NOT as well made ! DISAPPOINTMENT!! Will not happen again !! Trust us , shop Smart Buys !!

Danielle was such a rockstar! She really made my purchase so easy. I was able to pick out my furniture online and she put everything together for me so I never had to leave my home. What an awesome process! Times are hard right now for everyone, but Danielle made me feel so comfortable with my purchase. I’ll definitely come back to her when I’m ready for another item!
I had ordered some mattresses and I had them for delivery after they deliver and have me to sign I found out their not the same and when I complain that stuff not the one I choice they told me you accepted and sign for it you can’t return or exchange them that because I trust them And I don’t make sure all stuff matches before the delivery guys leave my advice if you bought something from them you pick it by yourself don’t have them to deliver it or check everything single thing before the delivery guy leave don’t do the sam... read more
I got a king all storage bed with 2 nightstands from here. Danielle and the owner were absolutely fantastic through out the whole process. The delivery guys were fantastic and fast. I will definitely be back!
Don’t keep their warranty
This place is awesome!!! It has top of the line customer service and you cannot beat there prices and you don’t have to go through the hassle of putting something together if you order it! If you go ask for Jim he helped us so much!!
