I want to both recognize and commend T.J. on the incredible customer service that he gave me and my family through selling my Highlander back to Smart Toyota. T.J. was amazing to work with. Everything that he promised me would happen happened, and when it didn't in a timely fashion, it was he who went the extra mile and got me answers. He is the epitome of what customer service SHOULD be but sadly isn't these days. Amazing experience!
