We recently had an LG washer installed in our home, which is also a vacay rental during part of the year. Our renters called to say it was leaking water. The washer is only 3 1/2 mos. old & the leaking was apparently intermittent. I tried to call LG as the machine is under warranty, but their customer support is a real joke.
