Called to have my washing machine fixed. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. I was given a 3 hour window for same day service. I was given the technicians name and was told he’d text me upon arrival. Daniel showed up within the 3 hour window, called when he arrived, diagnosed the problem and successfully repaired the machine. He showed me the broken part and explained why it no longer worked.
