Technician Pete and owner Jay did an awesome job quickly diagnosing and fixing my AC issues. Price was competitive. Would highly recommend!!
I've been working with Jay for the past couple of weeks and he's been excellent. He's come out here 2 or 3 times to help me solve an air quality problem that I've been having with smells coming from my AC vents. Always been very patient and made good suggestions on how to solve the problem. Will absolutely recommend Smart Air to anyone that has an ac problem and will use him again when I need some work done.
I called Pete on Saturday morning and they were very busy this time of year. Despite this he spent an hour on the phone with me diagnosing the issue. His advice and support was offered for free. I was able to go grab a new transformer and replace the part myself and unit was up in running in no time. I highly recommend this company. Their number one goal is making their customers happy.
Pete came out when my furnace wouldn't turn on consistently. He took his time to explain the mechanism of a furnace which led to a solution. Couldn't be happier.
I spoke with the owner, who was very kind and honest and professional. He told me what to expect, and that is exactly what I received. I highly recommend Smart Air!
