I had a complicated issue with my AC involving electrical issues as well as AC system issues. The Smart Air team persevered and solved the problem. I have used them for at least 5 years and they are always responsive. Jay is a great problem solver too and is great about explaining things to me.

I had what appeared to be a slow leak in my ceiling from the AC unit in the attic and reached out for a repair estimate. The next morning Pete came out and investigated. He pointed out what the actual problem was and offered a few different solutions and price points. He was extremely polite, thorough, transparent, and most of all knowledgeable. He made what was originally a headache and concern into a surprisingly pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends.

Before confirming the service with Smart Air, I had called about 6–7 other places in the Houston area. What hooked me with this company was Jay. He was the only one who truly listened, asked questions about what was going on, and even gave me an idea of what the issue could be. Pete was fantastic! He came to my home for an AC inspection and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me some great advice on how to keep my system running efficiently. I really appreciated his honesty and expertise. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future. Highly recommend! This company is a well oiled machine !
