Needed someone to help with my AC unit repair, I googled for the top rated around my area and Smart Air was right at the top. Specifically chose Smart Air because reviewers consistently praised them as honest and reasonable with the price. Pete was extremely nice and personable! He gave me a lot of great advice regarding both my A/C unit and life in general. He is incredibly easy to talk to, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about helping me. I originally purchased a Groupon for a diagnostic check. Outstanding service from Houston Smart Air Cooling and Heating! They showed up incredibly fast, diagnosed the issue right away, and had everything fixed in no time. The technician Pete was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and efficient HVAC service!
5 stars all the way. After buying my house, both the inspector and another HVAC company told me I would likely need to replace the AC and I was quoted a very expensive new unit. I called Smart Air for a second opinion and they were refreshingly honest. They told me the system still has life left and just needed proper servicing. They fixed everything at a much lower cost and now the AC is working great. Really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend.
I have nothing but good things to say about smart air. Everyone helps me they are able to manage my system online when it’s shut off for some reason we’re not sure why I called them and online they were able to get it back on and within 30 minutes, my house became very comfortable again no problem at all.
