Smart Air is my go to A/C service company since 2016 when they installed 2 new units in my house. They are honest, efficient, and reliable in solving A/C problems that I experienced. Needed someone to help with my AC unit repair, I googled for the top rated around my area and Smart Air was right at the top. Specifically chose Smart Air because reviewers consistently praised them as honest and reasonable with the price. After they repaired my AC unit, I would say that I completely agree with other customers in saying that this company is honest, professional, and reasonable with prices. Smart Air's Owner and installation crew provided high quality equipment and service. The owner gave excellent and clear advice on choices for HVAC systems. Everyone on the team was knowledgeable, friendly and easy with which to work. We will definitely recommend Smart Air to family and friends in the future.
Pete showed up on time and was quick and efficient. My unit was running well and did not need any major maintenance after not being serviced for five years. Pete was extremely nice and personable! He gave me a lot of great advice regarding both my A/C unit and life in general. He is incredibly easy to talk to, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about helping me. I originally purchased a Groupon for a diagnostic check.
