Smart Air is my go to A/C service company since 2016 when they installed 2 new units in my house. They are honest, efficient, and reliable in solving A/C problems that I experienced. One thing that set them apart from others is that they don’t charge for diagnostic service call. My tenant had some issues two days ago that the downstairs unit not cooling. I highly recommend Smart Air! They were professional, punctual, honest and truly made me feel like I was in great hands from start to finish. They did an excellent job repairing my air conditioner, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. This was my second time using them, and I will definitely continue to use them for all of my future air-conditioning needs. It’s wonderful to find a company you can trust and take good care of your a/c needs. Highly recommended!
New AC systems are incredibly expensive and must be sized and installed properly. I solicited multiple bids and selected Smart Air. Jay and his team were great: honest, informative, and responsive. Super happy with the system and service. I highly recommend them and am happy to leave this review (that they never requested).
We recently had Smart Air install a new HVAC system, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our old system was struggling in the Houston heat and kept shutting down every day during the hottest part of the afternoon, forcing us to try cooling it off with hose water just to keep it running. Pete was absolutely wonderful! He was very kind, friendly, and professional. They were also able to come out sooner than originally scheduled, which was extremely helpful and appreciated. Pete quickly figured out the small issue with my AC and had it back up and running in no time. Overall, a great experience with Smart Air, and I would definitely recommend Smart Air!
